Alcohol Rehab for Dallas Residents
Alcohol Rehab Center for Dallas, TX Residents
JC’s Recovery is a comprehensive outpatient treatment center that provides faith-based rehabilitation programs for those struggling with alcohol addiction. People from across the country come to our Hollywood, Florida, location as a means to help them adopt the mental, physical, and spiritual tools that help them from returning to substance abuse.
Struggling with alcohol addiction is a difficult path. Because alcohol is a legal substance for those of age to consume, it can be in so many places. When you start to lose control over how much you drink and your behavior when you drink, it’s time to seek help. Continued alcohol addiction can affect almost every aspect of your health and your family and work life. Even if you haven’t reached this point in your addiction yet, the chances are that you will if you do not make a change.

How Our Alcohol Addiction Treatment Program Works
Our alcohol addiction treatment program consists of several components. These include:
- Behavioral health treatments: These include one-on-one counseling sessions with our therapists. We also have a spiritual counselor should you choose to participate in our faith-based rehabilitation program.
- Support groups: We offer daily group therapy sessions and support groups based on the 12-step model, such as Alcoholics Anonymous.
- Medications: We can discuss medication options with you that may help reduce your cravings for alcohol or keep you from drinking again.
We also offer services that focus on your physical and mental well-being while receiving treatments at our facility. Examples include yoga, meditation, and nutritional counseling sessions.
Choosing an Alcohol Treatment Center for Dallas Residents
When choosing an alcohol treatment center, it’s essential to select a variety of programming, which ensures you can work with the staff to create a more customized approach. And if for any reason, your initial treatment options weren’t effective, having different programming and therapy options means you can alter your treatment program.
Another consideration to make is regarding location. While some Dallas residents choose to pursue rehabilitation in their city, many find the idea of seeking rehabilitation outside the city an attractive option. Doing so provides a sense of anonymity and starting over for you. You can go to a new place where you are focused on your recovery — not on your job, school, or other commitments that often only create added stress in the early days of rehabilitation.
While sometimes the familiar is reassuring, in rehabilitation, it may be a reminder of the times when you used to drink or the triggers that led to you drinking more. By removing yourself from these pressures, you can ideally experience greater success. At JC’s Recovery in South Florida, we also offer a world-class facility that has helped those from Dallas and beyond overcome their alcohol addiction.
What To Expect During Treatment
The good news regarding alcohol rehabilitation is that for a large percentage of those who struggle with alcohol abuse, treatment works. According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, an estimated one-third of people who undergo treatment for alcohol problems do not experience further relapses or alcohol-related problems. Another large percentage of individuals reduce their drinking. They also report experiencing fewer alcohol-related problems compared to those who did not seek treatment for their drinking.
What Does A Day Look Like at JC’s Recovery?
When you are in rehabilitation, a structured environment is important. Having a schedule for the day that incorporates mental health break time can help you know what to expect. While each client’s day may be slightly different, some of the day’s key elements may include:
• Starting with a good breakfast to energize for the day
• Participating in one-on-one or group therapy sessions
• Taking short breaks between sessions to recharge your mind and engage in prayer, meditation, or other quiet reflection
• Eating a healthy lunch
• Partaking in afternoon therapy sessions
• Listening to motivational or inspirational speakers
• Participating in 12-step group meetings
You can expect that each day will have a blend of therapy sessions and time just for yourself to relax and recharge whenever possible. In the evenings, you will return to your residence to rest up and get ready for the day ahead.
Christian Alcohol Rehab
At JC’s Recovery, we offer faith-based services as part of our addiction treatment programs. For many, incorporating a spiritual component can strengthen their faith and relationship with God as they pursue their sobriety. Incorporating times for prayer, spiritual counseling, and inspiring speakers can help you prosper in your treatment.
We have learned that as a treatment center serving clients for more than a decade, alcohol addiction does not discriminate. It impacts Christians, just as it affects those of other religious beliefs, socioeconomic statuses, and more. As a Christian, you should never feel ashamed of struggling with something, even if it is alcohol addiction.
God’s promise and relationship with you are much higher than the relationship you currently have with alcohol. Through strength in Him, you can overcome addiction and reclaim your life.
Christian IOP Rehab
Another outpatient service that we offer at JC’s Recovery is Christian Intensive Outpatient (IOP) rehabilitation. This program is less intensive than a partial hospitalization program. We offer the program as two sessions, a day session, and an evening one. Some people choose to utilize this program because it allows them to maintain a job or school schedule whenever possible. Those who have family commitments may also find this program a more flexible option while seeking alcohol rehabilitation.
Depending on a person’s progress, some clients choose to utilize a Christian IOP rehab program immediately after completing a detox or rehabilitation stay. Again, our counselors can help you determine what program type may work most effectively for you and your rehabilitation needs.
Christian PHP Rehab
At JC’s Recovery in South Florida, we offer several outpatient rehabilitation treatment approaches. One such example is our partial hospitalization program (PHP). This program involves living off-campus, yet coming to our treatment facility every day to participate in rehabilitation services. Many of our clients utilize this program as a step after completing an inpatient rehabilitation stay or medical detox. The time commitment is similar during the day to an inpatient program, yet at night a person returns to their accommodations. We can provide a structured community living program if a person desires or is free to make their arrangements.
If you’re curious if this program could be for you, we encourage you to speak with our rehabilitation specialists. The partial hospitalization program is well-suited to a motivated person with a reliable support system who can live on their own, yet commit to an intensive rehabilitation program.
